1. What does your company do?
BishopwebWorks,Inc. offers web design, web development, custom programming, search engine optimization, (SEO) and web hosting services. We basically offer you a presence on the web. All business are different and we specialize in figuring out your website needs and making a plan to accomplish your online goals.

2. Can we set up a meeting before we start?
Sure we offer a FREE web consultation where we can meet in person or discuss your plans over the phone. A quick meeting can let us figure way we can both see how we work together. After the orignal meeting/consultation we can get idea of what you need an provide an estimate.

3. What is SEO?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. SEO considers how search engines work and what people search for. By optimizing your website you are able to achieve better search engine results. SEO involves editing web page content and HTML and other coding to both increase a website's relevance to specific keywords and to help the site index well with search engines. There are various strategies that we use to achieve optimum search engine ranking.

4. Do you offer Web Hosting?
Yes we do. We have servers down in a state of the art data center in Denver, Colorado. Web hosting is served from an SAS 70 Type II facilities, which is equiped with a redundant network, high security, redundant power and 24x7 on site staffing. We do not have servers in our gararge! We offer competitive pricing and you can talk to someone you know if you are having problems with your email or hosting account.

5. What is Flash and do you recommend using it ?
Sure we use and recommend Flash. In the last few years , Flash has become a popular method for adding animation and interactivity to web pages. Flash is commonly used to create animation, advertisements, and various web components and most recently to add FLV video into web pages......However as my dad used to say "Everything in moderation" this is good to remember as you do not want to overpower your clients with Flash but enhance the user experience.

6. I do not show up in Search Engines. How can I rank higher?
This is a very common question. You just built a great website and now nobody is coming to it? How do you show up on Search Engines so that people can find you! This is where Search Engine Optimization comes into play. If you are in a compettive industry ...and usually most busines have competitors..... you will have compettion for " search terms"

7. Do you offercomputer IT services, network or fix computers?
No ... we do not fix computers. However if you computer just died and you want to reviive it we can recommend someone in our area. If you do not live around Edwards, Colorado then you will have to find someone locally to fix your computer.

8. Do you charge a deposit?
Yes ... we charge a 50% deposit before any work will begin on your site. To make it more convenient for our customers we accept all major credit cards.

9. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. NOTE : If the invoice is larger than $500.00 a 3% credit card fee is added to the invoice.
